Oh Linden Place, I just love every nook. Jessica and Dan started their wedding day off getting ready separately – and Dan and his groomsmen went over the to the baseball fields across from the church to get in a little round to celebrate the vintage baseball team he plays on with his friends. After their lovely church wedding we headed to Colt State Park to let the bridal party relax and get some great portraits of them as newlyweds! That shot of Jess playing with her veil on the rocks has got to be a favorite! We also found some great shady nooks (it was a SUPER sunny day) near the end of the park and that cool old wooden fence made for a great backdrop with the green ivy. Back at the waterfront we met up with the Bridal party for some fun shots on the docks, and then walked over to Linden Place for family photos. The great thing about Bristol weddings is there is just so much for your guests to do! Jess and Dan had this nice little gap between the ceremony and the reception (like lots of church weddings end up requiring) so they used it to let their guests explore bristol’s cute pubs, take a stroll along the water, and freshen up before cocktail hour started. Such a great party, the dance floor was packed the whole time and I have this great memory of each Jessica and Dan getting super excited when their favorite songs came on and just totally rocked out. Oh and that Vintage car wasn’t too shabby to take around the park either, they were even able to do a sort of “grand entrance ” into cocktail hour waiving from the back of the car, it was pretty cool I thought!
