No one does intimate weddings like Castle Hill
This intimate Castle Hill wedding in the Chalet was the perfect November day! Kelly and Todd had a small number of guests attending their celebration. They still wanted it to feel elegant, intimate, and cozy, but beautifully designed. Their attention to detail highlighted the venue and the autumn season. Greenlion Design was perfectly matched for Kelly’s love of organic florals. Her bouquet is one of my favorites of all time! Not to mention the staircase installation and beautiful additions to the fireplace mantle where the ceremony took place and Kim and Chris added. The tablescapes of long farm tables and meals served family style really allowed the guests to feel the love. I love how these two transformed this space into their own little hideaway.
Lace, grace, and beautiful design
Kelly’s gorgeous lace dress was so perfect on her petite frame, and her sister and friends wore long and flowy, almost bohemian style gowns in deep burgundy and taupes. The groomsmen in grey suits looked perfectly dapper as well, with little nods to the couple’s dog in their ties. The Castle Hill Inn garden was a great backdrop for us as the deep red flowers and changing leaves really accentuated the bouquets and gowns. Kelly, Todd, and I did their first look at the lighthouse, which is usually too bright but because of the later sunset during the fall season, this was the perfect spot for an autumn first look. We also took in the changing foliage on the walking paths and bike path leading out to the lighthouse. I love how the light peeks behind those yellow leaves! You can see more here on Classic Bride. Intimate Castle Hill weddings are some of my favorites to capture!
