Linden Place mansion in Bristol, RI is the perfect spot for a fall wedding! The intimate carriage house with it’s warm wood and the local area with all it’s trees (Bristol is Tree City USA!) make for the most beautiful backdrop! Flowers by Semia went all out in their decor, with everything from succulents to artichokes, to plums and peaches, a true harvest feel was created with warm and inviting tones. When the staff turned on the fire place inside the carriage house the look was absolutely complete! The couple chose to get married in a tent outside on the lawn to keep guests warm. Small blankets, hot apple cider, and warm heaters welcomed them beneath a canopy of organic chandeliers created by Ryan Designs. During cocktail hour, Russell Morin served local specialties like Oysters, Clam Chowder and other Rhode Island favorites. From start to finish, I just love how couples who marry at Linden Place have the most perfect and complete story of their day. Getting ready in the upstairs rooms surrounded by all those antique touches, then having the mansion open for touring during cocktails and guest entry so they can admire the art and artifacts, and finally dining inside the amazing carriage house completes the experience.
