Alicia and Kirby said “I do” at stunning Point Lookout Resort in Northport, Maine. Maine is a very special place to them and their winter, New Year’s wedding was a wonderful way to have their family and friends enjoy the snow and scenery of this gorgeous mountain top resort. Wanting a holiday feel, Alicia incorporated tartans and plaids, and a touch of new year’s sparkle in all of the decor. A vintage fur and fingerless gloves added for their sunset portraits added to her lovely bridal attire and I couldn’t love the groomsmen’s pocket squares any more! Each guest was gifted a plaid fleece blanket to remember the cozy weekend everyone spent in the cabins at the resort. Molly and I experienced the stay at Point Lookout and we just loved it so much. The fire places, ultra cozy beds, and lovely kitchenettes made for the most comfortable stay. I love weddings where the whole bridal party along with all the guests can getaway and stay together, it makes for the ultimate party atmosphere! I also got to photograph the rehearsal dinner, which Kirby who is an amazing chef, prepared everything – including his famous Lobster Bisque and Delicious taco bar! I love these two so much. Their wedding was also featured in Maine Magazine’s Wedding Edition, and I couldn’t be happier with the spread, this magazine is absolutely beautiful so if you are planning a wedding in maine or anywhere actually, grab a copy!
